ENTRY INFORMATION:

  • Each racer must be an AMA member. Go to www.amadirectlink.com/join and get your membership. Current membership card will speed you thru the process. If you join on-line, card will take 4-6 weeks to arrive. Be sure to print out receipt.

  • District card or race receipt required to verify which class you belong in (A,B, or C). District membership not required.

  • All racers under 18 years of age must be accompanied by their parent. If a parent will not be in attendance then a notarized permission slip is absolutely required. THE AMA COMPETITION MEMBERSHIP CARD DOES NOT REPLACE THIS REQUIREMENT. The permission slip must read as follows:

POST-ENTRY

  • Post-entry is available at the track from 7-9 pm on Thursday and 6:30am-9am on Friday morning (practice begins at 8 am).

  • All racers who arrive prior to 9pm on Thursday are strongly encouraged to attend post registration on Thursday night.

DUE TO PAST EXPERIENCE WE ARE NO LONGER ABLE TO TAKE PERSONAL CHECKS FOR REGISTRATION OR GATE FEES.

PIT VEHICLE PERMITS:

Pit Vehicles can be used for travel between pits, track holding area, bathrooms, and vending area. Pit vehicles are not for recreational purposes.

NO PIT VEHICLES MAY BE OPERATED ON SATURDAY

All vehicles must be registered for $10 per vehicle. All operators must have a driver’s license and be 18 years of age or older. Operators must wear pit vehicle wristband at all times.

B & C & YOUTH CLASSES:
Plaques are awarded on a 1:4 basis up to 10 plaques per class. All 50cc class racers receive plaques regardless of finish place.

For those racers who intend to qualify for the pro event or support personnel who intend to serve as a crew member for the pro event, all admission fees apply if you attend the amateur event. No refunds will be given or “discounts” applied.

For over 10 years, we have not offered spectator camping. Once racing begins on Friday, your family or crew needs to be in attendance.

  • All those interested in entering the pits must sign the insurance release. Any minor under 18 must be accompanied in the pits by a parent/guardian. No personal checks will be accepted.
  • Riders and teams determine the amount of time each racer will be available for autographs. We cannot guarantee the availability of any particular racer.
  • Guests in the pits are expected to act appropriately. Please do not beg or pester riders for items that do not belong to you (i.e.: rider’s jerseys, goggles, helmets, etc.).

AMATEUR RACER ARRIVAL INFORMATION:

NEW YORK STATE REGULATIONS NO LONGER ALLOW FOR EARLY ARRIVALS. OUR GATES WILL OPEN AT NOON ON THURSDAY. DO NOT ARRIVE EARLIER AS THERE WILL BE NO PLACE FOR YOU TO PARK. PULLING OVER ON ROUTE 8 PUTS YOU AND OTHERS IN DANGER. PLEASE PLAN ACCORDINGLY.

  • Watch for entry signs upon arrival. Alternate gates will be utilized.
  • All vehicles will be subject to a vehicle search any time, including any re-entry.
  • Fire lanes on the amateur campground are a requirement. We will park you upon arrival. If you want to park with someone in another vehicle, you must arrive together. No spots can be held.
  • For over 10 years, we have not offered spectator camping. Your family or crew needs to be in attendance by Friday.
  • NO VENDING IS ALLOWED AT ANY TIME- IF YOU DON’T HAVE PERMISSION TO SELL IT, LEAVE IT HOME!

TRACK AMENITIES:

  • showers on-site, including handicap unit
  • flush toilets in amateur parking area, including handicap unit, and in front of facility
  • announcing can be heard on 90.5 FM
  • water is available for barrel/drum and holding tank filing
  • ice is sold from the food concession area near sign-up on Friday and Saturday from 7am-6pm
  • food available for purchase; including breakfast Friday-Sunday
  • spare parts/tire vendors on-site

IMPORTANT NOTES:

  • Wristbands must be worn at all times and are required at registration.
  • All generators must be turned off at 12 midnight
  • Gates close at 12 midnight nightly. While you can exit and re-enter with your wristband, you must be back prior to midnight.
  • Parents of minors are responsible for the behavior of their child(ren) and are expected to know their whereabouts at all times.
  • For over 10 years, we have not offered spectator camping. Once racing begins on Friday, your family or crew needs to be in attendance.
  • The only one day admission ticket that covers amateur racing only is available on Sunday. If you have relatives who want to watch you or your child race, they will need to pay for a full weekend ticket if they arrive on Friday.

RULES/RESTRICTIONS:

  • NO dogs/pets allowed at any time
  • NO open fires or fireworks
  • NO vending without prior approval-if you don’t have permission to sell it, leave it
    home!!
  • NO scaffolding
  • NO Alcohol trackside
  • NO glass containers
  • NO bicycle riding trackside
  • NO spectator camping
  • NO personal checks
  • NO easy ups which obstruct viewing

We reserve the right to ask those in violation of the above restrictions to leave the premises with no refund given.
