Pro-Am classes open to A class racers. First moto on Friday and second moto on Sunday.

 

ENTRY INFORMATION:

  • Each racer must be an AMA member. Click here and get your membership. Current membership card in hand will speed things up for you. Membership card takes approx. 6 weeks to receive. Bring membership receipt if card has not yet been received.

  • District card or race receipt required to verify novice class eligibility. District membership not required.

  • All racers under 18 years of age must be accompanied by their parent. If a parent will not be in attendance then a notarized permission slip is absolutely required. THE AMA COMPETITION MEMBERSHIP CARD DOES NOT REPLACE THIS REQUIREMENT. The permission slips must read as follows:

PIT VEHICLE PERMITS:

Pit vehicles can be used for travel between pits, track holding area, bathrooms, and vending area. Pit vehicles are not for recreational purposes.

NO PIT VEHICLES MAY BE OPERATED ON SATURDAY

All pit vehicles must be registered for $10 per vehicle. All operators must be 18 years or older with a drivers’ license. All operators must been wearing a pit vehicle wrist band and must sign the pit vehicle operating agreement.

*OVERNIGHT PARKING FEE: $50 per vehicle for the entire weekend ;A vehicle is considered a car, truck, or motorhome. Anything in tow (ie: camping trailer, motorcycle trailer) behind the vehicle is included in the $50 parking fee.

Extra vehicles (car or truck with nothing in tow) $20 per vehicle for the entire weekend. All extra vehicles will be parked in the reserved lot below the big barn. Make sure you pack everything you need in your camper as extra vehicles will not be allowed in the amateur pit. If you have an extra vehicle and you want to park it in the amateur pits, you will be charged $50 for that vehicle.

For those racers who intend to qualify for the pro event or support personnel who intend to serve as a crew member for the pro event, all admission fees apply if you attend the amateur event. NO refunds will be given or “discounts” applied.

IF YOU HAVE PASSES AT WILL-CALL BUT ENTER OUR GATES FOR THE AMATEUR EVENT, AL GATE AND ENTRY FEES APPLY. NO REFUNDS OR “DISCOUNTS” WILL BE GIVEN.

All crew members must arrive prior to the start of racing on Friday. No spectator camping is available.

Tickets are always available at the gate. NO sell-outs of general admission tickets.
NO PERSONAL CHECKS WILL BE ACCEPTED AT THE GATE OR REGISTRATION.

LIMITED ACCESS PRO PIT PASSES:

  • Pit access Saturday 9:00am-noon

  • Pit passes go on sale at 7:30 am at the Event Center pit pass windows or can be purchased in advance here.

  • All those entering the pits must sign the insurance release. Any minor under 18 must be accompanied in the pits by a parent/guardian.

  • Riders and teams determine the amount of time each racer will be available for autographs. We cannot guarantee the availability of any particular racer.

  • Guests in the pits are expected to act accordingly. Please do not pester riders and teams for racing gear.

  • No personal checks.

AMATEUR RACER ARRIVAL INFORMATION:

NEW YORK STATE REGULATIONS NO LONGER ALLOW FOR EARLY ARRIVALS. OUR GATES WILL OPEN AT NOON ON THURSDAY. DO NOT ARRIVE EARLIER AS THERE WILL BE NO PLACE FOR YOU TO PARK. PULLING OVER ON ROUTE 8 PUTS YOU AND OTHERS IN DANGER. PLEASE PLAN ACCORDINLY.

  • Watch for entry sings upon arrival. Alternate gates will be used.

  • All vehicles will be subject to search any time, including re-entry

  • Fire lanes on the amateur campground are a requirement. We will park you upon arrival. If you want to park with someone in another vehicle, you must arrive together. No spots can be held.

  • For over 10 years, we have not offered spectator camping. Your family and crew need to be in attendance by the start of racing on Friday.

  • NO VENDING IS ALLOWED AT ANY TIME-IF YOU DON’T HAVE PERMISSION TO SELL IT,LEAVE IT HOME!

  • NO PETS ALLOWED ON PRO MX WEEKEND AT ANY TIME


ALCOHOL POLICY:

  • No glass containers of any kind are allowed

  • No mini-kegs or kegs

  • All alcohol must be consumed at your campsite.

  • State law will be followed- you must be 21 or older

  • Alcohol is limited to a six pack per night per person

  • We reserve the right to alter this policy at any time as conditions warrant

Plaques are awarded on a 1:4 basis up to 10 plaques per class. All 50cc class racers receive plaques regardless of finish place.

IMPORTANT NOTES:

  • Wristbands must be worn at all times and are required at registration

  • All generators must be turned off at 12 midnight

  • Gates close at 12 midnight nightly. You can exit/re-enter prior to midnight with wristband

  • Parents of minors are responsible for the behavior of their child(ren) and are expected to know their whereabouts at all times.

  • For over 10 years we have not offered spectator camping. Once racing begins on Friday, your family or crew needs to be in attendance.

  • The only one day admission ticket that covers amateur racing is on Sunday. If you have relatives who want to watch you or your child race, they will need to pay for a full weekend ticket if they arrive prior to Sunday.

RULES/RESTRICTIONS:

  • NO dogs/pets allowed at any time

  • NO open fires

  • NO Fireworks

  • NO vending without prior approval-if you don’t have permission to sell it, leave it home

  • NO scaffolding

  • NO alcohol trackside

  • NO glass containers

  • NO bicycle riding trackside

  • NO spectator camping

  • NO personal checks

  • NO easy-ups which obstruct viewing

We reserve the right to ask those in violation of the above restrictions to leave the premises with no refund given.
