There is one District 3 event at Unadilla this year…May 10th. This event will be held in conjunction with the Loretta Lynn’s NE Area Qualifier and is open to all racers regardless of whether they are trying to qualify for the Loretta Lynn’s National. All District classes will run on Sunday. There are non-district classes also running on Saturday. As long as your bike fits, you can race any class at this event regardless of whether you are qualifying for Loretta’s.

All riders regardless of age must attend registration. If under 18, a parent must accompany the racer to registration. In the event a parent is unable to attend, a signed, dated, and notarized permission slip is required.
MINOR RELEASE FORM
All racers under the age of 18 must be accompanied by their parent. If a parent will not be in attendance, then a notarized permission slip is absolutely required. Even if a sibling 18 years or older is the responsible party, a notarized permission slip is still required. THE AMA COMPETITION MEMBERSHIP CARD AND RELEASE WILL NOT OVERRIDE THIS REQUIREMENT. The permission slip must read as follows: BE SURE TO ADD IN SATURDAY’S DATE IF YOUR CHILD IS RACING BOTH DAYS.
I hereby give permission for my (son/daughter), (child’s name) to race in the District 3 at Unadilla MX, New Berlin, NY on May 10th, 2020. (Name) will be responsible for (him/her) during the event.
Signed _______________________________________
Notarized signature and seal
A notary public can be found at your bank, local government offices, local public schools, and in many places of business. The permission slip MUST be notarized. We recommend a second notarized slip stating that the responsible party can make medical decisions for the minor should that be necessary.
