“Vintage” 2 stroke

Calling all those who have a 2 stroke with 4 wheels!… If you are 18 or older with a 2 stroke of any year, we have added a 2 stroke Vintage Open class so you can come enjoy this all ATV weekend. You will need to be an AMA/ATVA member, which you can get at the track, including a weekend membership pass option.

The 2 stroke vintage open class will be by both pre-entry and post-entry.

3 Wheel Exhibition Classess

We will again run two 3 wheeler exhibition classes! One for novice/amateur racers and one for expert level racers. As exhibition classes, it’s all about enjoying the racing of three wheelers. And letting us watch you! Come join the fun….

Exhibition classes will be by both pre-entry and post-entry.

Optional Friday Practice

  • Optional practice day on Friday for all classes except Pro; weather permitting
  • Classes will be divided into practice groups & rotated through the order 2 times
  • $25 per group covers the 2 rotations
  • Friday practice is by pre-entry (must also pre-enter a racing class) or post-entry
  • You must sign up to race when purchasing Friday practice

TRANSPONDER SCORING

Each racer will need a transponder. Information regarding purchase ($125 cash or $135 credit card) or rental ($25 cash/$35 credit card) is available at the Electronic Event Scoring website.

PRE-ENTRY

New for 2017 is the option to pre-enter both racing and practice. While not required, all those who pre-enter will receive a $20 Rocky Mountain ATV MC gift card by mail upon the conclusion of the event. Pre-entry closes on July 12th at 5:00 PM EST

PRE-ENTRY TIP

Once you go to the event pre-registration page, you will be asked for your AMA membership number- see letter “A” below. If you do NOT have a current AMA/ATVA card, you then have two choices: go on-line and buy one (letter “B” below shows the link you will click) or if you are buying a day pass at the track or wish to wait to buy the full year membership, you will click where you see the letter “C” demonstrated below. ROCKY MOUNTAIN GIFT CARD PROGRAM

Pre-registration for the NYCM Insurance Northeastern ATV National is enrolled in the Rocky Mountain ATV MC Gift Card Program. Racers who pre-enter this event will receive a $20 Rocky Mountain gift card by mail upon conclusion of the event. The gift card program for this event is limited to pre-entered racers only; one card per racer.


REGISTRATION INFORMATION

Registration is automated. Please have a current ATVA or AMA membership card and your transponder with you.

MINOR RELEASE FORM

All racers under the age of 18 must be accompanied by their parent. If a parent will not be in attendance, then a notarized permission slip is absolutely required. Even if a sibling 18 years or older is the responsible party, a notarized permission slip is still required. THE AMA COMPETITION MEMBERSHIP CARD AND RELEASE WILL NOT OVERRIDE THIS REQUIREMENT. The permission slip must read as follows:

I hereby give permission for my (son/daughter), (child’s name) to race in the NYCM Insurance Northeastern ATV National at Unadilla MX, New Berlin, NY on July 14-16, 2017. (Name) will be responsible for (him/her) during the event.

Notarized signature and seal

A notary public can be found at your bank, local government offices, local public schools, and in many places of business. The permission slip MUST be notarized. We recommend a second notarized slip stating that the responsible party can make medical decisions for the minor should that be necessary.

AMA / ATVA MEMBERSHIP

If you are not currently an AMA / ATVA Member you can sign up for a full year membership or a family pack (Family pack is only available directly from the AMA and not available at the track.) of memberships. Make sure to join at the $49 level, and be sure to print out the membership receipt if you join/renew online. Otherwise, you can join at the track.

There is also a one event AMA/ATVA membership available for $20. It is only available at the track and cannot be purchased on-line.

Pit Vehicles

  • Drivers must register at registration in order to operate a pit vehicle-$15 per driver plus $5 for each extra driver. A convenience fee will be applied to credit card users.
  • Can only be driven by those 18 years or older

  • NO bicycles around track
  • NO easy ups which block viewing
  • NO unleashed pets (all pets must be cleaned up after at all times)
